Book 3 Chapter 2 – Origin of the famous apple fritters





FBI agent Tom Guenwald visits Hamilton, Ohio, again, where he unexpectedly meets Luie who stalls for time telling him the origin of his famous apple fritters.
Luie had visited his Uncle Jorge in Lovington, New Mexico, a friendly small oil and farm town near the Texas border.
A local Hispanic bakery in Lovingon shared the recipe for the apple fritters.
They were made from New Mexico apples, the best there are.
